Sometimes it’s hard to articulate your thoughts into words, or it’s hard to know where to start. That’s okay. I will ask you questions to help you prioritize, define a goal, and outline the first steps towards achieving it.

Expressing your emotions, talking about your feelings, and sharing your stories are valid goals. You can simply say, “I want to share my feelings right now or tell you my story.”

Everything changes, priorities change. Sometimes you might be more concerned about driving exams, anxious about a relative's visit during the holidays, or worried about an upcoming conversation with the school principal. Just mention it at the beginning of the session. We will focus on what is most relevant to you at that moment. We can return to the original goal when you’re ready.

This varies from person to person. If you want a quick resolution, let’s discuss it. We can start by focusing on a smaller issue to see how it goes. You can also consider the option of text-based consultations. Remember, you can always return if you need to.

I do not ask my clients for reviews, as it contradicts the ethical principles of the EFPA.

It’s important to differentiate between discomfort from the process of therapy and discomfort from our communication. Not every session ends with relief. Sometimes there are periods when feelings become difficult, and you might even want to stop working. It would be helpful if you shared your concerns with me. Overall, despite the challenging emotions, there should be a positive trend, which is why I take time for feedback at the end of each session to summarize the “interim” results. This helps you see your progress from a broader perspective.

There can also be “bumps” in the psychological process - from feelings of frustration to even attraction. Remember, you can freely discuss these feelings with me. Sometimes, it may even be beneficial to find you a colleague. Of course, you always have the option to end therapy unilaterally without any explanation.

Some clients prefer less frequent but longer sessions. Please discuss this with me, and we can schedule two-hour sessions if that works better for you.

Our work ends when the goals set during the process may have been achieved or when you feel ready to continue on your own. Remember, you can always return if needed.

Unfortunately, no. There are topics that I do not work with (perhaps temporarily). If your request is outside my area of expertise, or if I feel a colleague would be a better fit for you, I will refer you, after discussing this with you.

In everyday life, it's more common and comfortable for us to receive advice, sometimes even ready-made instructions. But let’s think about the responsibility that comes with advice... If my advice works, who gets the credit? The person who gave the advice. If my advice fails, who is blamed? Again, the advisor. You are the expert in your own life. Our values, principles, dreams, and visions of the future can be very different. Therefore, it’s important to make decisions based on your values and to be aware of them. But I’ll be here to support and guide you along the way.

   It's very natural to feel this need. Ongoing support is possible by maintaining a certain frequency of meetings - once a month, once every two months, or once a year. Sometimes text-based consultations work well too..

Yes, it takes time for changes to "settle" in your life. Sometimes setbacks happen. But if they do, remember that you've already moved closer to your desired state, which means you can do it again - maybe with new methods and a stronger belief that this is what you truly need. It’s absolutely normal to return. It just means you need a little more time and support.

The cost of psychological counseling includes ongoing training, supervision, personal therapy, seminars, and conferences, which ensure professional skills and an individualized approach. The price may be revised annually with a month’s notice.
